FairWind is a leading provider of one-stop solutions for the installation and service of onshore and offshore wind turbines throughout the world.
Our goal is the complete satisfaction of the customer’s wind energy support needs, including installation, schedule services, inspections, specialty services and repairs, spare parts replacement, turbine refurbishment and resale, technology solutions, and consultation.
FairWind was founded back in 2008. At that time, the company consisted of just eight men and one project.
Today FairWind has around 900 technicians, who on a daily basis carry out comprehensive solutions to unique problems for our customers both on and offshore.
The company is rapidly growing and has subsidiaries and offices in Europe, Africa, North America, and South America.
FairWind grows to be the global leader within installation and service of wind turbines based on our commitment to green (power) transformation on Earth.

Journalists and Government Representatives Visit FairWind and European Wind Academy
On Thursday, October 26th, 2017 a group of Danish journalists and government representatives visited the FairWind and European Wind Academy offices in Szczecin, Poland.The meeting was organized by the West Pomeranian Marshall Office in Szczecin. European Wind Academy, Wind Energy Training Supplier, Officially Opens

FairWind has hired Kennet Lejbach as its new COO Offshore, starting September 1st, 2017.Kennet has a very strong technical and leadership background in the international wind energy market.He was previously with DONG Energy Windpower for four years, recently acting as Senior Manager for Transfer Support, where he established a new technical department involved in lowering maintenance and establishing asset philosophy. Wind Turbine Installation Gets Attention in Finland
A project in Jeppo, Finland has garnered the attention of local people and media. FairWind Technicians Prove the Value of Rescue Training
The prompt reaction of FairWind technicians saved a man’s life during a heart attack on a remote offshore wind farm.FairWind recently completed the pre-assembly of 47 towers for client Siemens for the Sandbank offshore wind farm, located some 100 km from Esbjerg, Denmark in the German North Sea.When a service technician at Sandbank started to feel chest pains, FairWind technicians immediately sprang to action. Sites Review – Bereketli
All turbines have been erected on Bereketli site. 10-turbine-project is completed in Turkey. We received positive feedback from our client who appreciated our quality level.The project was challenging due to a few reasons. The site was situated in the mountains 1750 meters above sea level. “The location of the site had an influence on the weather which was very changeable. First turbines at noupoort wind farm
Three out of 35 wind turbines have been erected at Noupoort wind farm and the plan is to close this week with 6 fully installed turbines.“The biggest challenge is the weather. It’s quite windy and it is very cold in the morning and boiling at midday.
